Our club is self-directed by a board of volunteer members.
Main Coordinator: The Main Coordinator oversees club functions and all other member
positions.
Membership Coordinator: Enrolls new and prospective
members. Returns phone calls to interested parties, welcomes new members
with welcome letter and club information. Collects member dues and forwards to the treasurer.
Updates membership list and manages club mailbox.
Treasurer: Maintains the club’s checking account, including
receipts and disbursement of money.
Website Coordinator: Updates website with current information regarding the club
and its monthly activities. Responsible for setting up and sending out ‘Evites’ for all
events.
Secretary: Keeps records of proceedings of all board meetings.
Newsletter: Creates and distributions monthly newsletter.
Event Planning Committees: Plan activities for ladies nights out, couples events and kids/family events, including Progressive Dinner, Holiday Party, Bowling, Picnic and Cookie Exchange.
Helping Hands: Organizes meals or other forms of assistance (grocery shopping,
babysitting, prescription pick-up, transportation, etc if needed)
that may be needed if there is a birth, illness, or death. Participants are eligible for 5 meals during the time of need.
Coordinators for Bunco and Pokeno: Sets the schedule for these events rotating at participant homes.
